Peter Walsh was on with us this morning after debuting his six rules for Oprah's "Stripped Down Challenge" earlier this week on her show. To get organized and reconnect with your family in 2010, here's what Peter says you need to do:
- No cell phones or texting for one week
- No electronic devices for one week
- Prepare & eat healthy meals together
- Clean & organize the house. Some hints: sort FAST, organize rooms into zones and create rules for stuff. For example: every time you buy a new DVD, get rid of an old one.
- Hug & say "I love you" to every family member at least once a day
- Create six "stripped down" rules of your own to follow
