Tony Draper is the founder of Suave Records (aka Suave House), which, based in Houston, TX, grew to become one of the premier Southern rap labels of the 1990s. 8Ball & MJG were the label's flagship act, beginning with Comin' Out Hard (1993), the duo's debut album and the label's inaugural release.
