The Ministry of Children and Family Development, in Partnership with Community Living BC, The City of Surrey, Surrey Association of Community Living, and The Surrey Urban Mission are holding the 2nd annual Transition Fair for Youth with Disabilities, This Transition Resource welcomes youth with disabilities and their families and caregivers to join them at to come and learn about the process, supports and resources available to the youth who are transition to and through adulthood. The fair will promote the vision of employment, citizenship and full participation for all people with developmental disabilities, kicking off Community Living Month.

When? September 29th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m
What? Flight crew will be on site along with several food, art, craft and information booths on services for young people with developmental disabilities and their families.
