Tori Spelling gave birth to her 4th child Finn Davey on August 30th and is now back in the hospital. Only weeks after giving birth she was admitted for a postpartum health scare.
"Tori Spelling underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her C-section," her rep shared in a statement Tuesday.
Her rep also confirms that she is still hospitalized and “resting comfortably” but would not provide any further details.

Turns out the tumultuous couple did it all for the cameras.
"I was hell-bent on being the bad-guy character on the show," Spencer, 29, tells Us. "I got caught up in it." Heidi adds, “Spencer and I never fight like that. Never.
The two endured a massive pay cut after the show ended but are getting on just fine. "I'm turning down paid appearances. We don't have celebrity-sized money anymore, but we're fine," he tells Us. "I'm happy to be around normal people these days!"

Two-time Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Shaun White was arrested for vandalism and public intoxication Sunday morning.
He started on a hotel rampage allegedly pulling the fire alarm and then attempting to run. A civilian pursued him and the chase came to an end with White fell backwards and hit his head against a fence.
Officers report that he seemed to be extremely intoxicated and smelled strongly of alcohol.
White’s rep did not have a comment.
Time to shuffle judges again. Only this time its not American Idol.
Christina Aguilera talked about her desire to leave The Voice to focus on her music again and now Cee Lo Green is looking to leave as well.
The two will stay on for the remainder of season 3 but will not return for 4.
Usher and Shakira will be the replacement judges.
Although they are leaving both insist they would return eventually. “By pursuing my first passion of music during the break, I am also able to come back and offer even more to my team on The Voice in the future," Aguilera said in a statement.
"I will return for season five and will be watching season four," said Green.
