Amanda Bynes appears to be in a downward spiral. With multiple hit and run cases under her belt in the last year she now adds driving while impaired to the list.
TMZ snapped photos of the young star smoking what appears to be pot in her car.
Patrol officers are now on alert to look out for Bynes. TMZ spoke with several police officers and they gave comments like, “She's addicted to something and she's driving a deadly weapon and is going to kill someone. It scares the s**t out of me.” and “The public should be afraid of her. From looking at the photos, and what she's smoking, she has no sense of reality. If she's not stopped she's gonna kill someone."
Big congratulations to Nick and Vanessa Lachey! They welcomed their first son to the world yesterday. “We are incredibly proud to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey,” the couple tell PEOPLE in a statement.

A British charity called Kidscape told Daily Mail, "It is very disturbing to see a young baby presented to the world wearing a bikini.” They add, “It is hoped that parents will understand that 'baby bikinis' are totally inappropriate and that they contribute to the sexualization and commercialization of childhood. We should not be compromising the sanctity of our children's early years."
