Rumors have been swirling around that Angelina Jolie may be in talks with Universal Pictures to become the director of the movie version of Fifty Shades Of Grey.
Despite reports, a source close to Jolie denies the claims due to the fact that she is currently focused solely on her next film, Maleficent, in which she is currently filming.
Reps for the actress also shot down the rumors to The Hollywood Reporter, saying that she has never discussed directing the movie to the erotic E.L. James novel.
Jolie is currently in London filming.
John Travolta made his first appearance since his public scandal on Thursday night to honor Shirley MacLaine at the AFI awards.

Two of Britain’s biggest celebrities got into a bit of a tiff.
The usually shy actor, Robert Pattinson, admitted to Canadian talk show host, George Stroumboulopoulos, that he decided to pick an argument with Adele after a night of partying.
"I had this argument with Adele, which is probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever said. [I told her] you know, you can really just reach for it!' And she was like, 'You do realize I'm, like, the biggest selling female artist ever.' And for some reason, I decided to get into an argument with her about it."
The 26-year-old Twilight actor admitted that the incident occurred near the end of the party and like most, he woke up “regretting every word I said.”
The current drama facing the Miss Universe pageant is all coming down to a case of “he said, she said”.
Sheena Monnin is adamant in her statement that the Miss U. pageant is fixed after reports of a leaked list of finalists.
During an NBC Today interview, Monnin said, "It's too coincidental for someone to be able to call out in order the top 5. I know what I heard there is no doubt in my mind that the contestant is serious when she laid out what she saw."
Monnin is referring to the claims that Miss Florida, Karina Brez, told her that she saw a list of the top 5 contestants prior to the finalists being announced.
Brez insists that she was joking and is now concerned about her involvement in the situation.

Pink is scheduled to perform at Barack Obama’s fundraiser this week but she may be forced to cancel.
The singer is recovering from gallbladder surgery. She tweeted Sunday, “Oh, and P.S….F YOU gall bladder! SAYONARA!!!!!!!!!!!!” She had been admitted to the hospital for what was believed to be the stomach flu.
Pink’s rep tells E! News she is “recovering nicely”.
She wasn’t about to let her hospital stay get in the way of normal like, though. Pink celebrated her daughter Willow’s first birthday at the hospital. "Happy Birthday to my angel, my purpose, my biggest blessing. I love you Willow Sage," the singer tweeted, along with a photo of her daughter's first birthday cake. "Thanks family 4 bringing my lil girls party to the hospital all weekend for me. I spose it doesn't matter where u r when u eat ur 1st cake!"
