Clear as mud? Lawyer 1 (Orokrie Okorocha) alleges Lawyer 2 (Gloria Allred) stole the 2 masseur clients from him.
He filed charges in Los Angeles County superior court today citing “intentional interference with contractual relations, intentional interference with prospective economic relations and unfair business practices”. In a CNN interview Okorocha says Allred “only does press conferences and sideshows, and doesn't actually go to court or do trials.”

Kate Gosselin isn’t ready for her very long 15 minutes of fame to be over yet.
Her TLC series “Kate Plus 8” has been cancelled and Kate is trying hard to find a new gig. Seems no one is jumping at the opportunity to produce a new show based on the same old Kate drama.
A TV executive explains, “Kate had no idea it would be this difficult to sell another show based around her and her family. It’s hard to be on the cover of magazines one week and just a few months later not have people return your calls.”
Kate appeared on the Today Show and admitted although her kids are doing great, they do miss filming. “They’ve recently been saying, ‘When are we going to go here or there? We miss the crew,'" Kate said.

Nasty words being sad about Mary Murphy, judge on So You Think You Can Dance.
Her former manager says she is a "desperate, cocaine-fueled nymphomaniac" who had "many inappropriate sexual relationships with 'So You Think You Can Dance' and 'Chelsea Lately' crew members."
Michael Sanchez was hired as Murphy’s personal manager in 2006 and claims he pretty much saved her life. He had gone into her apartment to find her unresponsive, high on drugs and in bed with a SYTYCD producer, with cocaine on the nightstand.
Sanchez is demanding more than $1,000,000 in damages claiming his contract was breached.
No comment from Murphy yet.
The custody battle between Usher and Tameka Foster is one of the messiest in recent history. The latest news is that Tameka hit Usher in an attempt to attack his new girlfriend.

By now you are well aware that Facebook went public last week and Mark Zuckerberg is worth an obscene amount of money, which fluctuates by the billions daily.
The day after Facebook went public Zuckerberg married his long time girlfriend Priscilla Chan. The two have been together for 9 years so many assume its true love. There is reportedly NO prenup between the two however timing is everything.
In California any and all earnings prior to the day of marriage are the individuals only. Post marriage if he chooses to put any of those earnings in a joint account Priscilla will then have equal rights to it. Tricky tricky. Zuckerberg knew exactly what he was doing when he waited til the day after Facebook’s IPO to wed.
On a lighter note, Zuckerberg has also changed his relationship status to “married”.
