
TMZ.com reported that famed TV producer and New Year’s Rockin’Eve host, Dick Clark, has passed away from a massive heart attack early Wednesday morning.
A rep for Clark told TMZ.com that he suffered a massive heart attack after undergoing an outpatient treatment the night before.
Dick has had troubles with his health in recent years, suffering a significant stroke in 2004 which forced him to give up his hosting job on New Years' Rockin' Eve.
He is survived by his three children and wife, Kari Wigton.

Jennifer Lopez is about to embark on a 60-date world tour and is taking Enrique Iglesias on the road with her.
The tour, which begins in June in South America, will reportedly visit the United States, Europe and Asia.
Iglesias was supposed to join Britney Spears on her Femme Fatale tour last year, but due to a misunderstanding, pulled out of the gig shortly after the announcement was made.
On Tuesday night’s episode of The Voice, Justin Beiber stopped by the show to debut a teaser of his new video for his latest single, “Boyfriend”.

There is going to be a new addition to the True Blood family.
Actors, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are expecting their first child together since the two wed in August of 2010.
This is not a first for Moyer, who has two children from a previous realtionship.
Paquin, 29, and Moyer, 42, met on the set of the hit HBO series, True Blood, which is entering its fifth season, premiering June 10.

In an interview with the Today Show, the Material Girl admits that things can get tough.
"To be a single mother of four and to work as much as I do, with my life in a kind of metaphorical fish bowl, it's pretty challenging. But so far I've survived with sanity and humor intact."
Besides her fame, the MDNA singer sees herself as a typical mother, "I'm probably not as tough as I should be. I think I need to be maybe tougher."
When asked about the recent photos of her 15-year-old daughter, Lourdes, smoking a cigarette, Madonna admits that she “wasn’t very happy.”
“Every day is a negotiation, but cigarette smoking I'm not very fond of."

According to a source close to Katy, the eight-time Grammy nominee has been trying to get him back after old feelings resurfaced during her trip.
The source told US Weekly, "She'd already been missing Russell, being back there stirred up even more old feelings."
Katy may miss her ex, but after numerous flings, the British comic and Part Of Me singer are far from reconciling.
