X Factor premieres tonight with their new judges Demi Lovato and Britney Spears.

There has certainly been a lot of hype and stories about the demands and behavior of Britney and we can now add another demand to the list. This time it seems much more legit though.

During the audition process team Britney insisted on all booze being removed from her hotel room.

"Very important: We require you to empty the minibars of all alcohol," reads a hotel rider, "and no gifts of wine or any other alcoholic beverages, please."

Simon Cowell talked about Britney as a judge saying, “In the past, we've had judges who never say no. She can't say no quick enough on this show," Simon Cowell recently told reports of Spears as a judge on the show. "She's quite difficult to please. But she's a fascinating person and I got to like her a lot."
