More Stress For Rimes

The last thing LeAnn Rimes needs is more stress.
Rimes is fighting back against two women she claims illegally tape-recorded a phone conversation without her consent.
The court documents claim that Kimberly and Lexi Smiley "conspired to spitefully ensure that out-of-context excerpts of that recording would be disseminated to the public."
Over the phone, Rimes is heard attempting to dismantle an argument she had on Twitter involving her husband, Eddie Cibrian, and his ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.
This takes place one day after Rimes voluntarily entered a rehab and treatment facility to help cope with anxiety and stress.
The court documents state that these women’s actions have caused “emotional distress” and the country singer is looking to be "compensated for the harm that she has endured as a result of the defendants' malicious actions."
According to a source, the phone call, which was available online as early as Thursday night, isn’t the only reason Rimes entered a treatment facility.
"The events described in the lawsuit are a part of, but certainly not the only reason LeAnn has sought treatment."
