It hasn’t been easy for Usher Raymond and Tameka Raymond and despite the tragedy they have endured it looks as though things aren’t going to get easier for the estranged couple.

Tameka has been grieving over the loss of her 11-year-old son, Kile, after a fatal jet ski accident a few weeks ago and is now immersed in a custody battle.

Usher and Tameka are currently fighting over their 2 young boys and according to TMZ, he’s worried the hearing will cause "unnecessary stress and strain" for both himself as well as Tameka.

Usher also claims that Tameka will get an unfair advantage because of the situation and the courts sympathy could lie with the grieving mother and he could lose custody.

Meanwhile, Tameka is claiming that Usher’s pain over the loss of Kile is a total lie.

In court documents she claims that Usher only visited Kile once in the hospital and instead of tweeting his prayers, he tweeted a picture of his breakfast.

Tameka and Usher were married for two years.
