Miley Cyrus' Home Surrounded By LAPD

No one was laughing after a prank call had Miley Cyrus’ home surrounded by emergency crews.
North Hollywood police confirm that a call was made claiming that Miley was kidnapped and there were shots that were fired at her San Fernando Valley home.
Officers arrived at the house Wednesday, shortly after the call was placed, and formed a perimeter around the property.
After approaching the home, it became evident that no one was there and in the end, officials determined it was a prank call, also known as swatting.
The prankster, if caught could find themselves in a lot of trouble, "If the person is found, they will be arrested and prosecuted because it was a false call, a false allegation," an LAPD spokesperson told E! News.
Miley has been spotted in Philadelphia with her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, who is there filming a movie.
