There are more signs that are pointing to a Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson breakup after new details have emerged of their separation.

After Stewart came clean about her affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, moving vans were spotted outside of the home the Twilight couple shared.

But it looks like things could get messier according to RadarOnline who claims the two are about to get into a nasty custody battle – over their dog.

According to the website, Kristen will keep her cat, Max, but Robert wants to keep their dog, Bear, whom they adopted from a high-kill shelter in New Orleans.

A source told RadarOnline that Kristen is attached to Bear because her and Rob adopted Bear together and she always felt as though it was their child.

Pattinson opened up about Bear, which he adopted while filming Breaking Dawn in 2011, in an interview with the U.K paper the Daily Record.

“I know it’s sad. A lot of actors have a bunch of people who kind of just go up and stay with them for like two months, like an entourage. But my friends, their egos are too big. They’d be like, ‘I’m not part of your entourage. I’ll stay in a free hotel for a bit if it’s in New York or L.A. but I’m not going to come out to some random town in the sticks.’ But that’s kind of why I adopted the puppy. It’s from a shelter and he was going to be put down. I only got him two or three days ago and they only keep them for 10 days.”
