Cuba Gooding Jr. has gotten himself into some hot water.

The actor has a warrant out for misdemeanor battery after a bar incident. Gooding Jr. was at Bourbon Street bar early this morning and allegedly pushed a female bartender. He reportedly got into a heated argument with fellow bar patrons that were trying to take his photo. Gooding Jr. was asked to leave by the bartended and he allegedly shoved her.

The actor is in New Orleans filming The Butler.
