She has been ordered by a family law judge to pay Gabriel Aubry $20,000 monthly in child support.

A child support order has been put in place and by the sounds of it the battle is nowhere near over. Halle is still considering moving to Paris with daughter Nahla, that will no doubt cause controversy.
