The Biebs is getting feisty!

He allegedly assaulted a paparazzo on Sunday. Bieber and girlfriend, Selena Gomez, were leaving a local mall after shopping and reportedly got into a physical altercation when the paparazzo blocked Bieber’s car and prevented him from leaving.

Reports say Bieber got out of his vehicle and started fighting the man. At some point Bieber’s shoe came off, whether that was because it was such a vigourous fight or he intended to throw it at the man is unclear. Perhaps his laces were just too loose.

The paparazzo was taken to hospital and later released. A misdemeanor charge has been filed against Bieber and if convicted he could face a 6 months jail sentence.
