The new season of The Bachelorette has begun and Emily Maynard has already sent 9 men home.

The drama doesn’t stop at the screen though. Earlier this month Maynards ex and former Bachelor Brad Womack made a comment that he “dodged a bullet” when their engagement ended.

Maynard responded the only way she knows how, with class. “I haven't heard from him since filming started. . . but I don't know," Maynard told the hosts of Access Hollywod Live. "At first, my feelings were really hurt, because we left everything very civil and I've never said a bad work about him. But knowing Brad, he didn't mean it that way. That's what I'm going to say."

Womack added that he has “no interest” in watching her season of The Bachelorette. “All I'll say is she is a helluva woman and I hope it works out."
