Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster have been fighting over custody rights for ages and are still no closer to a settlement. The children are of course the biggest issue however Ushers Georgia mansion is proving to be a major aggravation as well.

Tameka is living in the massive home at the moment but according to the divorce settlemet Usher can sell the property any time he chooses. He must however give Tameka 60 days notice. She is asking Usher for a permanent home for her and their children as she fears he will sell the home leaving her with legal debt and no place to live.

How does Usher feel about her request for a home? He says he’s paid her enough already. The trial will continue later this month.
