Miranda Kerr Shares Bikini Body Tips
It’s nothing short of amazing how celebrities and models get back into shape so quickly after giving birth. Of course a lot of that has to do with having nannies and personal trainers but Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr has an interesting tip for moms.
Kerr says she relies on a combination of hard workouts as well as spending quality time with her 14 month old son Flynn. The real secret thought is what she does during quality time.
Kerr admits, “Sometimes I actually hold my son and do squats because he’s like a weight.”
For her to be bikini ready it take more than just squats. She says, “I've started to really up my Pilates routine, so that you get that really good, core strength. And I do a lot more squats and resistance training now, that's for sure."
The swimwear and lingerie model needs to be in bikini shape all the time now. With 3 other Victoria’s Secret bombshells expecting their own bundles of joy she could be called upon at anytime to shoot.
