Dear lord, when will it stop?

Chris Brown is now being accused of snatching a girl's iPhone by force outside a Miami nightclub this past weekend.

24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report for "robbery by snatching" following the incident. She claims to have followed Brown and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the AM, and snapped a picture of him getting into his Bentley, telling cops "Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone-- then grabbed it through the car window, saying, "Bitch, you ain't going to put that on no website."

According to the police report, which was obtained by TMZ, the "Turn Up the Music" singer rolled the window up and drove off with the $500 iPhone!

Brown is still on probation for his 2009 assault on Rihanna, and could be thrown in jail for violating it if charges are pressed.
