This bad boy makes the infamous snakehead fish of Burnaby look like a kitten.

Michael Snell, 65, of England caught the 12-foot-four-inch, 1,100 pound sturgeon near Chilliwack on Monday.

Due to it's massive size, some experts estimate the fish to be over 100 years old, dubbing it a 'dinosaur fish'.

After the sturgeon was caught and enough pictures to flood a facebook timeline were taken, the fish was tagged with a PITT tag and released.

I wonder how many sturgeon steaks that would make? Just kidding.
