Let's talk Christy Clark's Cleavage!

A former politician caused a minor uproar on Twitter on Wednesday for questioning whether B.C. Premier Christy Clark's cleavage-baring outfit was appropriate for question period.

"Is Premier Clark's cleavage revealing attire appropriate for the legislature?" David Schreck, a former NDP provincial representative, tweeted on Wednesday afternoon.

He was then slammed by Twitter users who described his comments as "extremely sexist" and "inappropriate." one Twitter user to dub the debate "Cleavagate."

What do you think? Inappropriate or fine?

    Simone,
I think she's pretty hot and really don't think she's showing too much at all. The guy who started that tweet is just pissed because he proabaly asked her out and she shot him down.
PS. If I ever met her I would give her a BIG hug. And guys can I say she's a PILF? (premier I'd like to....) - you can fill in the blanks

    Cheers

I worked with a girl that was more...uh....bustling than that and it was totally inappropriate. Am I gonna complain? I DON'T THINK SO!! Besides, the guy in the back seems appreciative. She is obviously keeping the Rachel Green look alive.lol

thats fine, the guy over exaggerates it like she showed up with some bikini top or something

OMG-Women have boobs...we better cover them up and hide them from the world!
    What a joke?
if men didn't get a hard-on every time they saw someone's cleavage there wouldn't be a problem here.
    David Schreck is an idiot.

Isn't there more to worry about with our economy, homeless, healthcare and such to go on about a small amount of tasteful cleavage showing. I have seen teachers wear more revealing tops. Let's look at the real issues!

This kind of pisses me off. Personally in work environments I have worn shirts with the same amount of clevage showing (my personal opinion is that is modest) and then some B or small C cup will wear a shirt showing the same amount of clevage and be fine, where I get crap!

She's a woman. I am sure we have all accepted the fact that she has boobs. I'm sure we all KNOW this. and come on, in today's society that IS modest!

jeeze. it's not like the woman behind her is wearing a freaking turtle neck!

That isn't bad cleavage, Classy Christy. There is a woman at our office who wears blouses that go so far down that you can see the seperation of her breasts right down to wear they curve, and to think I once got in trouble for wearing too casual of dress pants. Guess I went for the wrong look? lol

Ok it's well known that women use their sexuality in all aspects of life. If this woman choses to show all her boobs, who cares? Why is this guys so fascinated in them anyway? Maybe he never got enough Mommy time as a kid.
Don't we teach our kids that it's not what's on the outside but on the inside. Women are always being challenged about what they wear and is it too slutty etc. Who cares? If that's the image they wish to protray, have at it.
The fact that the word cleavage has now become a dirty word is ridiculous, I can take a picture of my arm bent and would look more seductive than the good on display in the picture. I'm no lover of Kristy Clarke and I work with a bunch of complete bitches, but I don't judge someone simply cos she has big boobs. The majority of the worlds population spent the first few months of their lives with their faces stuffed into these objects, when did functional objects become so desireable???

Inappropriate? Certainly not. That's what I call minimum cleavage and nothing wrong with it. Schrek is an idiot for saying that. Maybe he wants her to cover up in a veil! Idiot!

She looks fine. Do we want her to bind her chest before stepping into the legislature? Women have boobs - it's a reality. Women don't go to work expecting to have people, namely men, stare at and make comments about their appearance. It is not equally inappropriate to see men with their top button undone with chest hair poking out?

Hardly any cleavage at all. Besides, it's not like they do jumping jacks to start question period.

I believe Christy Clark dresses with good taste and appropriate for her job. She is a woman with curves, and if anything her tailor does a great job in deguising that fact.
