It's amazing what science can do to better change the world. Here's 2-year-old Cooper, he's deaf and has just received a cochlear implant (a surgically implanted device that provides sound to a person hard of hearing of deaf) and in this video he hears his mom's voice for the first time. It's great to see the expressions and reactions to hearing his mother's voice! It's an amazing world we live in!
