Back to school...back to health!!!!
Well, the kids are back in school.
They have new shoes and backpacks. And you've registered them for hockey, soccer, dance and pottery.
You've even googled 'easy' and 'healthy' lunches, so they start the year with yummy and creative lunches.
Now...what about you?

If you're a person who has to be careful NOT to put your kids needs, before your own (like me!) ...September is the DANGER ZONE!
So, this September I've decided to make it about me!
I've decided to go back on the 'Pound A Day' diet with Dr. Polo.
I'll admit I've let a few pounds creep back on since I lost 60 in the Spring....so it's time.
Let's get back to school, and back to health!
