Meet Valentina Guerrero.

She's 10 months old.

She has Down's Syndrome.

And....she's a model!

Valentina, from Miami, Florida, appears on the cover of a U.S. catalogue for Spanish designer Dolores Cortes' new collection.
The toddler also made her runway debut four days ago at Miami Swim Fashion
Valentina, will also front the swimwear label's 2013 Kids USA campaign.
She is the first person with Down's syndrome to be chosen as the main model of a mainstream fashion designer's campaign.
