Do You Have Your Boss on Facebook?

I've always been a firm believer that you shouldn't have your boss on Facebook. In my mind my boss is my boss, not my friend. It might seem harsh but I do well with boundaries.  Here’s the latest story about an employee getting fired because of their Facebook actions: Canada Post mail sorter who went postal on Facebook loses job.


I did a quick poll here at the station and 78% of employees had their boss on Facebook.

Do you think it’s detrimental to your job to have your boss on Facebook?
