When the big boss, Sir Richard Branson, was in Vancouver last week he met with Premier Christy Clark.  He has since blogged about his trip and mentioned that while he invivted the Premier to go kitesurfing with him, he "forgot to tell her about the dress code" and posted this picture and said "the offer still stands."

A statement from the Premier's office says Branson "is well known for his brashness and ability to manipulate media coverage for his company."  So I guess that's a "no", then?
